By accessing or using the Thoughtful platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and 7 Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
Thoughtful is an AI-powered sales inbox platform that provides unified chat, SMS, and email communication tools for businesses. Features include an AI sales bot, lead management, automated triggers, and admin tools.
Access to Thoughtful requires a paid subscription. By subscribing: • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis • Payments are processed securely by Stripe • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscription: • Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts required • Your access continues through the end of the current billing period • No refunds are issued for the current billing period — you have already purchased that month of service • To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your next billing date Setup and onboarding fees: • All setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable • These fees cover work performed to configure your account, train the AI, and onboard your brand To cancel, email support@trythoughtfulai.com with your account email.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate SMS/email regulations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SMS features complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending text messages. We are not liable for any violations arising from your use of SMS features.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at trythoughtfulai.com/privacy. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Thoughtful platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by 7 Systems LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7 Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending to customers.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
